Two years ago the last IKA was opened – today we are releasing the date for the next. The 27th IKA/Culinary Olympics is taking place 11-16 February 2028 in Stuttgart.
Save the Date! The German Chefs’ Association warmly invites you to the 27th IKA/Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart, taking place 11-16 February 2028. Exactly two years ago today, the last IKA was officially opened – and we still get goosebumps thinking about the impressions and emotions. In 2028, this extraordinary culinary competition will once again be held at Messe Stuttgart, parallel to Intergastra. Mark the date for #IKA2028 in bold on your calendars – the excitement is already building on our side!
Good to know: Registration for the competitions is expected to open in winter 2026. The official rules and regulations will be published at that time as well. We’ll keep you updated.
